Sent: Saturday, July 23, 4:PM Subject: Complaint: [redacted] Dear dispute resolution team, This response is in reference to the complaint that was filed by [redacted] on July 16, My name is Christy ***, I am the owner of Aaron's Mobile Home Transport along with my husband Aaron [redacted] , and I am the point of contact that [redacted] is refrencing in her letter regarding her inquiry of a " Quote" to transport her mobile homeOn June 2, 2016, [redacted] called to my office to request a quoteMy questions to every client are the same, sufficient to gather enough information to provide an accurate quoteShe was asked: The Dimensions of her home, Location where its at, Location where its being moved to, If the home has any attachments such as carports, decks, awnings, texas rooms (we will not quote over the phone if it includes attachments) , and finally if it has a HITCH [redacted] answered all these question during this phone conversation, and when asked if it had attachments her reply was "NO"When she was asked if the home had a hitch, her reply was "NO"So at the time I quoted her $W hen she came in to my office, I was not there but my receptionist called me to verify the quoteMy receptionist again asked her the same questions in person that I had made to her over the phone to clarify the nature of service before we write in the contractAt this moment [redacted] tells my receptionist that she also has a storage shed she needed movedI told her to charge her $extra to move the shed, which she agreedAll oversize loads require a TXDOT moving permit, an additional fee in the amount of $is applied to every contract for this permitUpon arrival on our scheduled date of 6/25/2016, my employees immediately contacted my office because there was an attached carport to the mobile home and a wood deck which is not part of our contract that we have in writing to remove any attachmentsMy employees then contacted [redacted] to let her know that they needed to remove the carport and deck, which she said she didnt have anyone to help her remove itSo I told my employees to remove it thinking she was going to pay for the removal, that was not the caseAfter we transported the home to the new location, my employees left the carport and the deck behind because again, we were not hired to remove nor transport those items in our contractWe are also not liable for the transportation of any A/C unitsAs it is, all her material under the home is being transported on our trailer which is very limited to spaceAs for the issue with the hitch, we took our own loaner hitch to weld on and remove because [redacted] claimed it did not have oneWhen our employees arrived, they reported to my office that it did have a hitch under the home but was corrodedOur welder then welded reinforcement to their own hitch and welded it back on to the homeWe did not use our own hitch because it was not necessaryWe charged her $to weld the hitch on the contract which was then applied to the reinforcement and welding of her ownWhen [redacted] called my husband on 6/26/bothered and upset about not welding our own hitch, she never mentioned her tie-down situation that she is complaining about nowShe repeatedly insisted that we refund her $ dollars that she paid for welding her hitchI explained to her that we didnt have to use ours but we still welded on hersAaron told her if she would have hired her own welder it would have cost her the sameI tried to simplify my explanation as much as possible but she does not seem to understandOn the other hand I told her she owes my company $for the removal of her carport that was not on the contract and she did not like hearing thatShe instead ignored the situation and continued disputing the weldingI told her lets just respect what is legal and in writing in the contract, I will agree to reimburse you $for the welding you are disputing and you pay me $for the removal of your carport and deckShe cussed at me and hung up In conclusion, the mess left behind that she claims was left on her property is not part of our agreementWe are a transporting company for manufactured homes and not a clean up crewWe will gladly take all items associated with the manufactured home we will be moving including materials but we do not clean up any trash, unwanted items, nor attachments we are not being hired to haul offAs for the tie-downs she claims are missing, our contract reads that the same material was to be used for tie-downThe only material that was reusable was reused because she did not want to pay for new anchors. She claimed to not have any more moneyTwelve reusable anchors were installed on her homeThere is no way that her house can move or shake like she claims when we have not had inclement weather in the area since her installation and besides those anchors installed can sustain winds up to mphI will gladly send my crew to install any extra anchors she wishes to have installed at the price of $per anchor, labor includedI also expect for the pending balance of $to be paid at the time aswellCHRISTY *** Aaron's Mobile Home Transport, LLC EOwassa RdEdinburg, TX 956-283-Office [redacted]

Our dealership stands behind all of their servicing issues with warranties provided through the dealership, on vehicles purchased through the dealershipOn 4/12/16, we replaced spark plug coil, then we serviced the vehicle and replaced a transmission shift range sensor on April 20,
2016. Then, unfortunately, customer came back with a third issue. Further diagnoses was necessary on an intermittent issue. Dealership replaced secondary air injection pump, and vacuum lines, under intake manifold. Dealership then detailed the vehicle and fueled it for delivery. Customer came on 5/17/16, differences were reconciled, and automobile was taken home at that time. We apologized for any inconvenience, during the times the vehicle needed to return to us. Unfortunately because of delayed diagnosis and parts ordering, the repair of vehicle was delayed. Since customers pick up of vehicle on 5/17/16, we had not heard back from customer, and assumed everything was fine with vehicle. *** ** ***Purchased 4/6/16Problems occured 4/12/16, 4/20/16, 5/17/

My receptionist again asked her the same questions in person that I had made to her over the phone to clarify the nature of service before we write in the contract. At this moment [redacted] tells my receptionist that she also has a storage shed she needed moved. I told her to charge her $250.00 extra to move the shed, which she agreed. Aaron told her if she would have hired her own welder it would have cost her the same. I tried to simplify my explanation as much as possible but she does not seem to understand. On the other hand I told her she owes my company $400.00 for the removal of her carport that was not on the contract and she did not like hearing that. She instead ignored the situation and continued disputing the welding. I told her lets just respect what is legal and in writing in the contract, I will agree to reimburse you $80.00 for the welding you are disputing and you pay me $400 for the removal of your carport and deck.
