Aaron Pools & Patio Reviews (2)

Review: To Whom This May Concern, We hired Aaron"s Pool to install a swimmimg pool on or near August of 2014, the pool was completed on or near March of 2015. One of the extras we added to the pool was an in floor cleaning system for approximately 8500.00 dollars.During the pocess of finishing the pool we realized there was a leak in the pool, Aaron's Pool got a diver to fine the leak, well he did and a 2ft.x 3ft. part of the cement walk way had to be cut out, fixed and then patched.Upon finishing the pool we were told by Tom the owner of the company that our in floor cleaning ststem could not be turned on unil our pool enclosure was complete, well that enclosure was completed on or near the end of June of 2015. Our in floor cleaning ststem was finally turned on after many request had been made to have the system powered up. Almost immediately upon turning the in floor cleaning system on we began having problems with losing water, after many attempts of trying to contact them and or leaving unreturned phone calls we were told that it was only evaparation. I continued to ask them to come over and take a look but never a response. After some time had passed, I finally spoke to Tom and he requested that we do a measuring test to see exactly how much water we were losing in a 24 hour period. Well we done that and it took a week or two to get back in touch with him only to be told we needed to do what's called a bucket test. Well as of this morning October 15,2015 I once again contacted them to deliver the news that we were indeed losing 1&1/4 Inches in a 24 hour period. When I first called this morning I was told that Tom was out of the office and Ronnie the manager had stepped out for a minute, I left a message for Ronnie to return my call after waiting an hour and a half, I called back only to be told Tom was now out of town and Ronnie was gone for the day. Sincerely, Tracy [redacted]Desired Settlement: We would like this matter resolved ASAP as this pool holds approximately 42,000 gallons of water and it is very costly to fill and reheat this water in a pool of this size.

Review: contracted this company for a pool back in April. Was to be put in within a month weather permitting. Company started the job July 23rd. Took them 5 to 7 (maybe a little longer) days which is normal. Then the problems started. Workers were fine but the owner kept calling them. How are they suppose to finish a job and do it RIGHT when they keep getting calls from him? On August 1st supervisor said they were finished. Supervisor said someone was going to come from the company to show us how the saltwater pool worked. Never happened. The pool started leaking from the pipes. Supervisor and plumber came out for two days Wed. Aug. 5th and Thursday Aug. 6th told my husband it was fixed. Friday (Aug. 7th) morning walked around the pool told my husband the pool was still leaking and one light not working because it is half filled with water. He called them that same day and today August 10th know one has come out to check on the leak. Have other issues also. Not once did the owner come out to check out the job or call to ask about the pool or the work. My husband called the owner, but the owner never called him back.Desired Settlement: would like everthing to work properly on the pool without any issues.

Business

Response:

First of all we have a contract at [redacted] with [redacted]. I'm not quite sure who [redacted] is. Contract was signed April 20th. They were told 8 to 10 weeks. The job was started in the 10th week. The owner was on the job for the first 3 days. Calls between the owner and crew members is a normal. She mentions that her husband called the owner but that the owner never called back. She fails to mention that it was because he called the owner on the owner's personal cell phone on a Sunday. Workers were sent back to the residence on the 11th and completed all issues customer had. They also gave Mr [redacted] a bill for items that were not included on the contract. As of this morning, August 21, that bill has not been paid. We have made several attempts to contact them this week and left messages.
