*** came out to my residence and tried to fix a plumbing issue.On February 8th He bought two heating elements and drained hot water tankThe heating elements were not bad(they tested fine), but he was eliminating issuesHe charged me for parts and labor for a total of $for that dayI informed him that the issue was still not fixed and he said that he would make me a priority first next weekHe was a no-show and did not contact meI contacted him on 15th and and asked when he was comingHe said his kids were sick and it would be laterI told him okay because he would get it the first thing the following week, but still he did not showThat was twice being stood up by himHe volunteered to refund money and send me a check in the mail for services performedI have a screen shot of that from him
