leaking on property with proof we also have proof that we bought and payed for materials out of our own pockets to do work free of charge in endeavor to please the custermer. Chip seal project was not paid for we discussed with customer about doing a Barder project for our surface treatment for fabricating services which did not come to a solid deal. So therefore never to come to a complete agreement. We have never abondoned a project and never will this is not my opinion this is a fact there are government records of us contracting back to the 1960s but yet no records of us abondoning our projects.

Sometimes you hire a company and everything works out wonderfully. Hiring Aaron Trail Contracting was one of those rare times. Before he began painting my sister's house, he came by several times to make sure he understood what we wanted. We were going to use three bold colors on the exterior of the house and it had to be done right. Aaron explained the different paint brands and finishes, and how the surface of the house would take paint. He asked questions and made suggestions that helped us make our decision.

He showed up when promised, worked efficiently and was neat. No rogue splashes, no paint on the concrete patio and sidewalks, every non-painted surface was taped and protected. His crew, Coronado and Milo were great. They worked hard and they worked smart. Everyone was polite and friendly.

I understood everything before we started, and the pricing was very fair and the work supreme. I recommend Aaron Trail Contracting without hesitation. I will use them again.

Nothing but a positive experience from Aaron Trail. Very easy to communicate with. Very prompt, kept all appointments. The new paint looks amazing and just the colors we selected. All stucco repairs that were made were blended so well, there is no way to tell where the original issues were! I already have recommended them to friends and family, I will continue to do so. Aaron Trail Contracting, Inc. painted my house sapphire blue and I LOVE it! He didn't bat an eye when I explained I wanted to use a Frida Kahlo color palette. He did his own research and ultimately I chose the blue Aaron had found and it's perfect! When you use unusual bold colors, the application of the colors needs to be superbly done. Aaron and his crew use only fine paint. He can explain the differences among brands and finishes. I chose eggshell. My house is slump block, which can be tricky to paint, but Aaron knows how to paint any surface. He takes his time to get things right, but works quickly, efficiently and neatly. My house was painted using three different colors and each was done beautifully. Every surface not to be painted was covered in plastic. Tidiness is important to me and I couldn't ask for a cleaner job. He even painted my patio furniture to match my house! He also did some roof repair for me. His pricing is fair and he fulfills every promise and more. I recommend Aron Trail Contracting for any job, without hesitation. I'll never use anyone else.
