She still has remedies for her deposit, i.eit is transferable for a full year to be used on another date for another event. She may still exercise that optionViaggio Winery utilizes standard business practices in the State of California for wedding venues. Some venues hold parties responsible for up to 50% of potential charges, and many do not allow deposits to be transferred to a new date the following year
Viaggio Winery has had no correspondence from Ms*** at all, until her Yelp review a couple of weeks ago, and now this. Her fiance is the one that canceled the engagement with us last week. She has no idea how many events we have booked for this year, and whether we are full (In actuality, we are not.)"
