We recently had All Year Cooling & Heating install a new air conditioning system in our home The installer placed our old air handler on our brand new wood floor when he removed it from the closet and inadvertently nicked the floor in places When I saw it after the installer left, I called All Year and they immediately scheduled their contractor to come out and do whatever was necessary to fix the floor Luckily we had an extra box of the floor material and their contractor had to remove half the living room floor in order to replace the nicked boards It took men about hours - they took care of moving all the furniture and replacing it when they finished I was extremely satisfied with the way All Year handled this and would highly recommend this company In addition, their price for the new air conditioning system was very fair as we had gotten other estimates

I've had air handler coils leaking coolant and freezing on my 13-year-old 5-ton AC system and decided it was time to replace condenser and air handler units but leave the wiring, pipes, supply/return vents/connections the same The reason was that its better to do AC replacement and repair while its cool outside and one won't have to sweat if something kept going wrong The repair job on old AC would cost $1-2k so decision to install new AC was easy.To get a handle on AC system replacement information, I've received quotes by different companies All Year Cooling was the company I liked most I liked them because of customer service they offered In addition, All Year Cooling provided fair price for hardware and installation, and had completed the job without major issues in hours (from arriving to leaving drive way) It was really easy working with All Year Cooling technicians and customer representatives Here is what happened Willy, and Tom helped resolve all questions on site and on phone I got initial visit and recommendations by Willy who then got me in touch with Tom Tom provided additional quotes, recommendations, revised multiple estimates, coordinated installation of AC remotely, extension of the slab, registered AC with manufacturer for extended warranty, and finally ensured that post install questions, and minor issue with plenum (one side of plenum seal became partially unstuck) were resolved quickly (in a follow up visit as soon as the issue was discovered) Very happy that Tom was available on phone and walked me through each step of the way In addition, Tom has worked really diligently to ensure that AC system I got will provide good value overall (e.gshared parts availability, various manufacturer quality information, recommendations for additional items to get (i got UV light), how different manufacturer systems operated) Disclaimer, while *** has been providing information, I was doing research online to back it up or clarify any details which have not been clear to me, then follow up with additional question I've used google to dig through condenser/air handler technical specifications, called manufacturers, read reviews on each of the companies, read various forums about service/ownership/maintenance of AC systems, looked at google maps for parts centers, spoke to a second company from the original quotes companies, consulted with acquaintances who had recently installed similar size systems to verify information and make informed decision.All in all, I highly recommend All Year Cooling and will come back to do business with them again

August 13th - I had the pleasure of having *** *** come and fix my air conditioner *** had my problem resolved in a matter of minutes and explained everythingI had a different company install a brand new air conditioner that came out to my house times and couldn't fix my problem All Year Cooling is a great company!

*** and his professional team have demostrated All year Cooling focus on Customer Care and desire to go the extra mileage to solve and repair our A/C system

All Year Cooling installed our first central ac unit in the early 90's - no complaintsWe had to replace it in - called All Year & bought a replacement Rheem withyr warranty on air handler/compressor parts - no complaintsAugust 11, the ac didn't cool & we called All YearTech said air handler had bad breaker - part under warranty, we pay laborOkSame day said drain clogged - we paid to unclogOkAugust 12, ac not working, All Year comes & says hard start kit is badFactory part under warranty, we pay laborOkThey install it August 16, Ac doesn't work & tech comes August 24, Says capacitor is weak, needs replacingPart under warranty - we pay laborOK! So the ac should be working by nowTwo days later it doesn't work! Enough alreadyWe call another company, they come same day & we can't believe what they saidAll Year installed after market hard start kit & capacitor instead of the factory parts from Rheem they documented on our receiptsAnd the start kit was installed incorrectlyThis second company documented all of this on my service receiptThey gave me the after market parts & installed factory parts but told me my warranty was voided because All Year didn't use factory partsThanks All YearThe second company replaced those parts & ac was finally fixed!! Then All Year sent us a bill for the under warranty breaker - we called times, told them to read their own receipt - warrantied part - they said okThen February, we get a collection agency notice (!!) - All Year said we owed them the cost of the "under warranty" breaker from the first service call August 11, On their own receipt they wrote the part was under warrantyOMGNow we have to take the time to write dispute letter to collection agency, pay for certified mail & take off work to go down to their officeWe thought this nightmare had endedBuyer beware

Not only did they beat the next best price , I must say their service is outstandingThey are the most friendly & courteous people to deal withI had asked them to exchange my thermostat for a simpler one & their response was " Will tomorrow be OK & what time would be most convenient for me"I will certainly recommend them to anyone

Dealing with All-Year Cooling was a great experienceIn my time of need, (July and my AC just stopped), they came out with a fair estimate and were there the next day to install my systemFrom the salesman to the installation technician everyone was helpful and professional

I needed to replace the AC system in our homeUsually, I call a well known company in South Florida but I felt their customer care was lacking recentlySo I wanted to try a new companyGlad I found All Year CoolingFirst of all, you can't find a better company if you are looking for AC installation or serviceAnd, when we weren't happy with our new AC, I called the owner directlyHe actually gives out his numberYou don't see that every dayHe told me he would make sure that he would be in touch with us until we were happy with the way the new AC was workingHe wasn't kiddingAfter several service calls they tweaked our system until it was running greatThat's importantAnybody can install an AC systemThe most important thing is to make sure it's running correctlyThe technicians were on the ball, showed up when they said they would and were friendlyI can't say enough about the customer careThey even call you to let you know they are on their way to your homeI can't recommend them enoughIf you need a new AC or just need a repair call All Year CoolingIf you ever have an issue it's great to know you can actually speak to the ownerHe actually answers the phone AND he's a nice guyThis might sound like an advertisement but I'm just a happy customer

One of the most important things that a company should have is "INTEGRITY", The number is costumer appreciation and value, I have to say that "All Year Cooling"has plenty of that, or month ago, all year installed a new a/c unit RHEEM, in my house, the unit was defective from the factory, I called them and explained what happened, they tried to fix the problem the same day, but the unit keept acting up, ALL YEAR COOLING, contacted RHEEM, and they took that entire unit and gave me a new one, WOW, since in this country INTEGRITY is desapearing, ALL YEAR COOLING IS GAINING THAT more and more, everyday
I would like to mention the great attention given to me as a costumer by *** ** president co*** *** AND THE WHOLE OFFICE
I *** *** STRONGLY RECOMEND ALL YEAR COOLING TO EVERYONE
PS: they will give you the best price in town, do not waste time shopping around and give them a chance
