Upon purchasing our new $4,insert, we were told that the insert would not cause smoke, that we could shut it and the flame would keep burning, and that our unit had a blower which would blow the heatWe had this installed about weeks agoWeve had firesWe opened did just as they instructed us when they came and installed the unitEach one has produced a huge amount of smoke, we cannot close it, because the fire burns out, and the blower on the unit does not even work!! Talk about a waste of grand! Is there any way for compensation or to get our money back? We are NOT satisfied at all with this product and would like a refund as we were given incorrect information
