Our sales manager [redacted] did reach out on Tuesday the 22nd and left a message at 314-***- [redacted] according to our phone records in an attempt to speakThe car was sold and shown with no warranty included, per the bill of sale and other forms which you did sign offThe option to purchase a warranty was offered but declinedWe do offer a complimentary day/2,mile limited warranty on some major components but this vehicle was excluded based on age and mileageHowever, given the immediate nature of the repair, we would like to offer a contribution to help divert some of the expenseThe dealership is willing to contribute a sum of $towards your expenses pending your agreementIf you accept, please email **@napletonmail.com acknowledging that and we can begin to start the process of getting that check cutThank you, [redacted] General Manager

The vehicle purchased was a demo/loaner vehicle with over 2,miles on it at time of deliveryWhen the car was pulled around after being cleaned for delivery, there were small scratches on the back passenger door, requiring some buffing and possibly light paint work but no dent or damage to the
shape of the metalWe offered to repair them at no costAt that time we asked Jennifer if she would like to leave the car and have us repair the scratches prior to delivery or take the vehicle and return at a later timeShe stated her preference was to leave with the vehicle and return at a later dateShe did so, was issued a loaner vehicle, and took delivery of the vehicle after the repair to the scratches was madeThe repair was made in a merchantably acceptable fashion and we consider that matter handled With regards to the credit check, we felt it necessary to either take the step of running a credit application or swapping for a cashier's check due to the large amount of the check, an out of state address, and a lack of any identifying information on the check that was submittedWe apologize for the misrepresentation our sales staff may have made with regards to the type of credit checkThe information you were given was a best guess on his part and it was not correct
