My company made a copy of a key for the automobile, not a newly originated key? The person that called was very rude and boisterous, and was difficult to communicate with, so we did in fact, hang up after it began to get out of hand? Copying a key is perfectly legal, so I fail to see what her complaint stems from to begin with? In my opinion she is attempting to get a refund by doing this
