I strongly do NOT recommend Progressive Waste as a trash or dumpster pickup service Their fees they apply on top of the base price are exorbidant/close to double the base agreed price Be sure to check the contract It is years, they can raise rates whenever they want, they are not responsible for anything, and the stop fees to get out are huge (month fees, including all the adders) They have ruined our gate, run over chains, etc Their pickup is all at their convenience, not the customers
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service Pay for service, they don't provide service Call about it and they won't fix the issue They are supposed to pick up one day, then pick up days later or not until the following week and refuse to credit bill for the week they did not provide service The WORST garbage service I have ever had after living in multiple states They over charge, don't provide service you pay for, are RUDE when you call them, and the service is sporadic at best
This company is the absolute worst in regards customer service that I have ever experiencedMy garbage container as well as that of my neighbors are occasionally not picked up and when one calls to make them aware of the problem you only get a recording saying to leave a messageNot once have they ever called me back to help me
