Clairmont Apartments fraudulently charging ex-tenant years after move out
In August 2016, I received a collection notice in the mail from *** stating that I was responsible for unpaid rent and fees associated with an apartment that I rented in I should NOT be responsible for these chargesI met with ***, the landlord prior to vacating the apartment and wrote her a check for $that would have covered my rent for the final monthI made the payment on time so there should not be any "Late Charges" assessed for this, but they have added those
The day that I told *** that I was moving out, she told me the apartment would be open for me to remove my things and upon arriving at the unit, she had already changed the locks! I called *** and asked her what I should do and she basically told me I was out of luckFortunately, I remembered that the back patio door never locked properly so I went to the apartment to check and it was wide open!! I called *** b

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Br*** Builders Construction Group regarding complaint ID 11685041, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
