Customer has a current credit of $ Even though consistent payments were made the account was not current until close to the end of the season A $payment was made on 4/,leaving a credit balance of $Customer was told at that time she did not owe that much and ask if
she was sure she wanted to pay it She replied yes, she would be ahead for next season Another payment of $was posted on 4/ On May 3rd, they attended our clinics and filled out and signed a new waiver The waiver states there are no refunds and credits are good for a period of year before forfeited I do have witnesses to the conversation where I ask if she was sure she wanted to pay ahead And even though she was never current on her account, because she paid consistently, we never charged her any late fees
