the middle of the couch and was not under warrantyOur records indicate it was much longer than a week before we were notified of a problemWe swapped the broken piece with our only option which was a preleased piece with a cut on the bottom that we sewed and fixedShe was not happy with that swap because she wanted a "new" piece in exchange for the used pieceWe could not order a new piece for her because the Sku was discontinued but we later received another preleased piece that had a slight scuff and she denied that piece as wellWe have exhausted all of our options as we have offered three different pieces of equal or greater value to the one she purchased from us and we don't have the option of a new one

About a month ago my rack from my stackable washer and dryer brokecontacted the company they came and fixed the rack but said to fix my dryer a appliance repair man had to come outhe came out once and said he had to order parts to fix it and would be back in a few daysa week go by and I never heard back from Aaron'sI called them and they said they put in the order for someone to come out but would resubmit it againI get so frustrated and a few more days go by and still nothing so I call corporatenever heard back from themended up calling the store again and was threatened by the store manager* ***He said since I called corporate he could put it under costumer abuse and I would have to fix the dryer myself when it was clear that even when they came out to put the rack back together, they said it didn't even sound like it was put together correctly to begin withIt's been times over the past weeks that I have wasted waiting for the appliance man to come just to have

I ordered an ottoman along with pillows in Sept2015...thru an Employee MSAamrie................She never informed me that the order to Ashley Furnhad to be over 1,....therefore every Thursday when Aaron's receives delivery my order was never there...............I have called several times have visited the store several times.......On or about Feb4th or 5th I again went to the store to inquire about my order..............I spoke to the Manager Craig which proceeded to try to help me; but as I'm ordering I find out that Ms Aamrie is in the back office not owning up to her mistakes she is the one that placed the original orderIn turn I ordered another ottoman with the possibility of getting pillows...Now on Friday, Feb12,I call the store talk to Aamrie and she is going to relay the message to the Manager Craig that I calledAgain no response...........Today Feb,15,I call and talk to the Manager Craig..........his response was "Oh......I was just going to call You ...your order came in but if the order came in on Thursday and it's now Monday and I had to be the one to call you......than You tell me because it SNOWEDMy question is "WHAT does the Snow have to do with You calling me letting me know my order came inThe other matter is now the pillows come from a different place than the ottoman so I won't be receiving the pillows with the ottoman after a total of about months for the orders to be filled and not being told the truth the whole time about this matterTomorrow they are suppose to deliver ;but I am going to ask for an refund because I have found someplace else that is more reliable that I can get pillows and ottoman..............Thank you in advance for considering to handle this matter in the future
