We contracted with [redacted] HVAC Services)to enclose a crawl space in our new home.He will not return to finish the job that he was paid for. My wife and I contracted with [redacted] HVAC([redacted] enclose and seal a crawl space in the new home that we were building. He was paid $ 9,700, IN CASH, to complete the job.(We do have a signed receipt). He did most of the work, but will not return to finish the job. We have spoken to him and emailed him on multiple occasions, but he will not return to finish the work.It is obvious he is unwilling to complete the job that he was contracted and paid for. We would like a 10 % refund which will allow us to find another contractor to finish [redacted]'s work.Desired SettlementSince he will not finish the job that he has been paid for, we would like a 10 % refund of the total amount that we paid him. I have contacted the home owner and we have settle and handle the complaint. I offered several different time to personally come and speak face to face and this was denied by the homeowner. We have decided to mail them some products to fix the crawl space door and replace the material taken from the job site after we left.Consumer Response am still waiting for materials that [redacted] has promised.
