On March 1st of 2014, I purchased a vehicle from Beck Toyota. As I was going through the purchase of my car, we were taken to another person to go over financing and what my interest rate would be. During that process, the person mentioned purchasing a warranty on the car since it was used. At first, my husband and I were thinking it was not a good deal until the person said that once I either reached the mileage or the 36 months, the payment for the warranty would expire and my payments would go down. We said ok. That didn't seem too bad. Well, I hit my mileage recently and after talking to the lien holder found out that the person at Beck lied. They said he never should have told me that because the warranty was financed with the loan so it will follow the car until the car is paid off. In the end, we should have read the contract better even though it was hard to read. By that, I mean they printed over top of important information so you could hardly read the terms and conditions. The whole point is he lied to make a sell. I would have never financed a warranty for a vehicle. Needless to say, we will never do business with them again. I love the car, but I don't like the dishonesty with some of their staff.
