Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/10/06) */
Aarons plumbing received a dispatch from [redacted] and the plumber was scheduled to go out to Ms. [redacted]'s house on 9/22/15. The customer had a problem with a toilet that wouldn't flush the issue was a mainline stoppage. The plumber...

rodded out Ms. Henrys sewer line from the basement. They also had a clogged bathroom sink on the 2nd fl the plumber did not have to rod out the sink he removed the stopper and it was full of hair which cause the clog. The plumber showed the stopper to her he hen removed the hair on stopper and replaced it ran the faucet water went down the drain. No rodding of any kind was done on the 2nd fl. Ms. [redacted] called stating that the plumber caused damage to her home the home was flooded she wanted Aarons to cover her damages. The only rodding that was done was in her home was in the basement that could not have caused all the damages that Ms. [redacted] is claiming. Aarons was not responsible for her damages and will not be reimbursing her for the amounts of money she stated in her complaint. We were sorry to hear she had issues but they were not caused by any of the work completed by Aarons Plumbing
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/10/06) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
My final issues were caused because of work incompleted by Aarons Plumbing, and also the damage to the pipe. They made the problem worse than what it was. I originally contacted [redacted] Insurance at 5:00 a.m. & placed an emergency service request. Aaron's contacted me at noon & said someone would be there within the hour. No one arrived until 3 p.m. The plumber was called for the following reasons: the 2nd fl sink and tub was clogged; the 1st floor toilet and tub was backed up, and the pipe in the basement was leaking. the 1st plumber they sent did nothing. He looked at the pipe in the basement only & said he couldn't do the job. He said someone would call me in 10-15 minutes. They never called; I called them and they said the plumber would be there within the hour. The 2nd plumber came and rodded out the basement. He claimed he went out to the street 100 feet. He indicated that he didn't know about the 1st & 2nd floor problems. He went to the 2nd fl and rodded the sink & was able to unclog it.He did pull out a lot of hair. He attempted to rod the tub through the sink line & it didn't work. He then went through the access panel behind the tub and took pipes a loose and tried rodding through there. He punched a hole in the pipe, and the tub was still backed up. He said that he had another client he had to go to, and would return in the morning. He informed the 2nd floor that it was ok to flush the toilet & run water in the sink. The tub was still filled with the back-up. Once the tenants started to flush the toilet and run water in the sink the water began running through my ceiling in my bathroom, down into the basement through the ceiling and ruined the floor & carpeting in my basement as well as my bathroom. He never returned. I called [redacted] to find out what time he was coming the next morning, and they said that he called & told them that he couldn't do the job. I explained to them what damages had occurred because he didn't complete the job, and they said they would search for another plumber, or I could find one on my own. Had he completed the job, I would not have incurred the damages that I have. [redacted] began looking for another plumber to send out.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/07/29) */
On July 9 2015 we received a call from Mrs. [redacted] stating that a plumber from Aarons was at her house in January 2015 did some repairs to the pipes under her kit sink. Mrs, [redacted] said that all the pipes came off or were loose can I send...

a plumber out to fix it. I told her how sorry we were to here that and we will get her scheduled. On July 11 2015 plumber was sent to her home plumber assessed the pipes under the sink ran the water and d not notice any leaks at the time. Mrs. [redacted] said her husband had tightened them up. The plumber left no apparent leaks observed at the time.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/07/29) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The Plummer never physically checked the pipe upon returning to my home, he merely looked at the pipe. It was not leaking because my husband had tightened the pipe, I Think he should have made sure the connection was secure. It is just a really poor business practice.
