Aaron's Rental ( C1289 )

Dear Sir/Madam,My husband and I decided to rent-to-own and we went to Aaron's Rental to pick out a couch. On the same day we signed the contract. The problems started when it was delivered. The couch was damaged when the installers shoved it through the door, (which peeled the paint from the doorway onto the front of the couch and damaged the frame of the door). Now there is a tear on the cushion of the left side face of the couch. We contacted the store immedeatly and soon thereafter a repairman came out to inspect. He stated that the back cushions of the couch would have to be replaced. This happened in December of 2011. After numerous phone calls and personal visits to the store, it is six months later, and there has been no repair done to said couch. We are current with the bill and pay it on time. We don't know what to do anymore.
