Review: I am purchasing a 52 inch tv from them which is not working properly. They picked the tv up kept it for two weeks and returned it in the same condition it was when they picked it up. I called them to let them know it was not fixed, meanwhile my daughter-in-law got on the phone to speak with them and got no where so she hung up on the general manager. The general manager called her back and said "did you hang up on me" she answered probably did and wow the general manager let her have it saying she is a grown woman and she don't play that and as she was trying to explain to her the frustration with the situation the general manager got louder and vulgar so she hung up on her again. I contacted the corporate store in [redacted] and they gave me an issue number and told me someone would contact me in 48 hours and that was on Monday 05/23/2016 no one has contacted me concerning the problem. I called back on today 05/31/2016 and was told they would resubmit the issue again and I would have to wait for someone to call me. I have a payment due on 06/01/2016 which is drafted off my card and I am sure they will draft it and I will be still trying to look at this tv with a green screen. I asked to speak to a supervisor today and was sent to a voice mail.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement for this tv and one of equal value, equal size, and same name brand. I have to pay for it I think I should be able to pay for what I went in to buy. If this tv I have can be fixed, they should have fixed it instead of returning it in the same condition.

From what I have been told by our [redacted] store, Ms. [redacted] seems to understand what the problem is with her TV but her daughter in law does not. Ms. [redacted] is leasing a 52" HD TV, some of the channels are fussy. The store has had the TV in for service and found no fault with the TV. Ms. [redacted] was explained and she agreed she probably need a HD cable box. Having the HD cable box from her cable provided will clear up channels. Fussy channels are not a defect or malfunction of a TV. I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Hello and no this is not at all what was discussed with the manager and I. We have HD boxes and the tv in reference was hooked up to a dvr/hd box the entire time. It is obvious that the picture is fuzzy on every channel and a green line is at the bottom of the screen always. I spoke with [redacted] and told her she could just pick the tv up and she stated that she wanted to work with me because I am almost done paying for it. She stated that she would come out and look at the tv and she never did. She was more concerned with who my daughter in law was rather than the fact that the tv is defective. I assure you that the tv is messed up and it has nothing to do with the cable, the box, or anything else. When she claimed they serviced the tv, it was returned the exact same condition it was before it was serviced. It may have been worse. I asked for a replacement and she said she could not replace it and that is when I asked her to just pick it up and I will take the lost for it. She was mostly contacting me for a payment and since I went in and paid I have heard nothing about the broken tv since. Please note that I would love a replacement or this tv fixed because I do not wish to lose my money but [redacted] is determined to do nothing and just keep getting paid for a tv I cannot use.

Spoke with Ms. [redacted] last week and we scheduled to return the TV for service on Monday, June 20. The TV has been sent off for service again. It may be several weeks before we hear about any service issues the TV has. We will be in touch with Ms. [redacted].
