I am requesting the credit that is owedAll fees were paid before the waiver of the next season was signedThere is a commitment fee that was never paid to the gym which would not commit my child to the gym for the next competition season.? I also paid for her tryouts via cash which wouldn't have touched the credit on the account.? Though there were people in the office when I paid ahead no concern was ever raised or asked if I was sure if I wanted to place the credit on her account.?

There is mis-handling of payments and information. While I am behind on payments I keep good records of payments. I make a payment that they tell is required and then after I make the payment I get another request for more money beyond what they just told me was due. They have told me not to make payments online on their website because payments are not reliable. I have made a number of payments on-line. If a payment option is available on your website it better be working properly. After having so many issues and runarounds with how much I owe I have asked numerous times for a printout of my account be sent to me. They refuse to do so and told me that if I want to review my account they can go over it in the store with me. I want to be able to take the information to my house and review it. This have started getting so bad that I have asked that all communications come in writing. I still receive phone calls leaving messages with different stories but I do have some emails that I will attach to give you examples.Product_Or_Service: TV/TV StandAccount_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like to see their accounts audited to see if there is mishandling of money and information. Additionally, I want to make sure their are no problems for the remaider of my lease due to my complaint.Business' Initial Response We have talked to customer and given her the proper amount due. I'm having EXACTLY the same issue with one if Aaron's stores here in Bakersfield CA. When I requested a printout of ghe payment history on all 3 of my accounts be mailed or emailed 2 me the first response was...' No we are not allowed 2 do that via mail or email, but I can have someone drop it off to you tomorrow'...That tomorrow came and went NO PRINTOUTS. I then message the same individual the following Monday refreshing his memory of our prior conversation a few days prior on Friday and could I get the copies mailed or emailed...He stated again that they couldnt mail or email them. Said it was company policy and even his regional manager (who suppisedly was standing right next to him)if I wwanted a copy the only way I sas getting one was by coming into the store and showing my ID...that that was company policy..I keep very good records a d they sedm to not be able to get my card njmber input intk their computer correctly( so that it automatically takes the payments out each month) but yet my bank statements reflect them running my card through and receiving payments. However, I received a letter a week ago from the store wanting me to come in and ask for the general manager so that we could discuss a strategy to bring my accounts to a current status...EXCUSE ME...MY ACCOUNTS ARE NOT DELINQUENT! MY BANK STATEMENTS REFLECT THIS! WHAT THE F__K!
I have had the manager solicit me stating he'd make me a deal on my payment that month by eithrr advancing said payment in full of at least half of payment amount if I would send him a picture of my boobs...Once this is resolved if tbey are competent enough to get it resolved... I CAN GUARANTEE YOU THAT I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!
