his name is David K[redacted]. I believe he is listed as David [redacted] Taxi Service, 864-[redacted] is his direct number. According to him the pick up was outside our general coverage area but he and the gentleman agreed on a price for him to drive out of his way to wherever he was and that negotiation was between him and her husband, friend, or however she is related to or involved with the customer I have no idea since she never reached out to anyone here at the main office. This lady complaining was not even a passenger during the trip from what I understand. In any event all I know is what we are hearing hear from both sides and something certainly doesn't add up. David has a good reputation to always be fair & is very well liked. He is requested for service often on the main line and we have never had any complaints about him. I would be happy to give the lady 30$ is she feels she was over charged by the driver since he is using my equipment as a courtesy but not any admission to guilt. She never called the office or spoke to me about her issue before filing this complaint or I would have offered her a refund I don't see all of this being made into a huge issue and absolutely dispute this was any fault of Aaron's Taxi Service as a company.
