I made arrangements for my payment which is late for two weeks which would be august 2016, and I will be also paying august paymentA few weeks ago a gentleman came to my residents uninvited and charged me for that visitThat is unacceptable I spoke with a gentleman named Mike from the Bristol office a few days ago and told him I was unable to pay until two weeks he told me if I could come up with something to let him knowThat was or arrangement, today I received a very harassing and nasty phone call from a gentleman named GussI explained to him I spoke with Mike already he insisted in being very rude to me and telling me that he will call my phone as many times as he wantsNo that is unacceptable! I can honestly say I used foul language towards him at that point, he hung up on me several of times and belittled meHe was very rude and disrespectful to meThis is my second encounter with him and the first time was just as badThis needs to be resolved and the harassing phone calls need to stopI am almost done paying off this furnitureThey treated me this way when I was almost finished paying off other furniture that I purchasedIts a repeated pattern with them its like when your almost done paying they want to try to confiscate your furniture

I have spoken to *** twice recently in regards to her accountI am
">currently in Gillette until tomorrow night, July 7, if she would like to come to the store to go over her agreements. Or, if she would prefer, I would be happy to meet her somewhere else Her washer and dryer are on a 24-month lease, it was clearly explained to her when the agreement was started, and she signed the agreement acknowledging all the terms of the agreement. I would be more than happy to sit down and discuss her payment history with herHer accounts are severely delinquent, and I have been trying to work with her to get her to ownership of the merchandiseShe is more than welcome to contact me again on my cell phone or if she prefers I can reach out to her Please let me know

We follow the laws of collection practices scrupulouslyAll Ms*** has to do to end the calls is to pay her bill or return the merchandise, no questions askedWe would be happy to accommodate her with that in any way we can

I am rejecting this response because: Aaron's manager in Gillette Wyoming does not follow collection lawsThey call 5-times a day leaving messagesAlso after being told over and over not to call my place of employment they still did up until last weekThey even called there before I went back to work there and was told I wasn't working there at the timeYou use to have a great group of people working for you but now they are pushy, mean, and threateningWe have bought more then one thing for you guys and this is the first time that I have had any problems with people working with me and calling non stop and yes I do have the call log of the calls.

It's the way the do business....they call 5 or 6 times a day. If I don't answer they will show up at my house even after talking with them earlier in the day. They are not falling the laws for collection.

A few weeks ago a gentleman came to my residents uninvited and charged me for that visit. That is unacceptable
I spoke with a gentleman named Mike from the Bristol office a few days ago and told him I was unable to pay until two weeks he told me if I could come up with something to let him know. Its a repeated pattern with them its like when your almost done paying they want to try to confiscate your furniture.
