Review: We were charged for two services, when we asked for one. We had a flat tire, that had to be replaced, and the spare wasn't worth the risk to travel on
I called before the tow truck arrived and asked for the vehicle to be towed to [redacted]. The driver agreed and stated it would be a real challenge to try to get a jack underneath the car
since it was loose cinder rock and could be dangerous for himself and me if I was helping. He stated that Allstate gave him a real hard time, and didn't want to tow the vehicle. Later we found out that we were charged for two services even though the truck driver never attempted to change the tire. The truck driver was only paid for towing service, we have a receipt to prove that towing expenses was applied only, All state is very rude when it comes to customer service. I believe that AARP needs to find someone who can provide better service.Desired Settlement: AARP need to find someone who has better service for their customers . . .
