Review: Left garbage at the end of the road several times in 3 month service, claiming they didnt see their own company's can, left their can on the road several times when they did pick up. Told me they would pick up my garbage for one free week due to their driver's mistake, then not only didnt honor their word, argued with me on the phone to say they didnt have to pick up anything. Then OWNER hung up on me two times saying I was arguing with her when she was the one screaming at me the whole time, customers are never right in their eyes even when I was promised I was two different occasions.Desired Settlement: I was missed by their company that I notified them on 6 different occasions, they said they no longer have the info in the computer that they missed me or any of the neighbors. I want a refund for 6 weeks missed or [redacted]
