The company that assisted me to remove corrupted area of my PC (***) so I could get Windows to function in my PC removed AARTECH LLC downloaded program from my PC while removing corrupted dataI asked AARTECH LLC for a refund of $since I only had access to them for monthsJanuary **,to July **,They never would make any commitment to me after many telephone conversations for a refund that seemed fairI sent them a e-mail of my position of requesting a refund & waited 20+ days for a response & received noneThey claim they never got e-mail.The day I asked their tech if my PC could download Windowswithout any problems he replied"All is fine' & said he was then signing off which he didHe never offered to assist with the downloading of Windows

Consumer subscribed for our support services on *** January 2016, for which he paid $for Year Software Technical Support, which includes Computer and all peripheralsThe invoice for the service has been provided to the consumer and is duly signed by the consumer that states clearly
that the support is only for Year rather than lifetimeSince then consumer contacted us several times with different issues and queries on his computerEvery time we resolved his computer’s issues and queries.Later consumer contacted us in the month of July for browser related issuesThis was duly fixed by the TechnicianConsumer also had a query about Windows upgrade and wanted to know whether the computer is compatible for Windows or not? Technician checked the computer specifications and compatibility and informed the customer that he can certainly upgrade it to Windows He also informed the consumer that he can call us anytime for assistance regarding the same or if he will face any other problemHowever the consumer never asked the technician to upgrade the machine to Windows The technician asked the customer that was there anything else he could assist him with? On which consumer said no and everything seemed to be good

They have been able to take care of my computer issues. Though some of their employees could be over aggressive in trying to render their services.

I had messages to call them on the [redacted] of November,& I did. They told me they were having trouble putting the refund back in my debit card & requested that I give them my checking account information so they could wire the $125.00 to me. They stated it might take 5-7 days to process. I checked my on-line checking account 10 minutes ago & the deposit isn;t there yet. As soon as it appears I'll notify you.
