Review: I have had questions and issues with the usage of the security alarm I have purchased from AAS Alarm. I have emailed the company. When I try calling the company it goes straight to voicemail. I left a message and tried calling multiple times all with the same result. Some items do not work as described. They have different warranty disclosures listed and most have passed because I cannot get in contact with them. I purchased the system on 11**/2014. I did not receive the system for about 2 weeks. I installed the system on 11/**/14. I had issues from the beginning, but having an alarm in the past I tried some things myself before contacting them. I first tried contacting the company about a week or two later. I will document the dates I remember, but I don't remember the first couple of times I tried to contact because I didn't realize I was going to have an issue.Desired Settlement: The alarm works some and probably could be fixed, but with no support I do not want to have the same problems in the future. I would like a full refund for the AAS S500, range extender, and the additional smoke detector I have purchased.

Review: I purchased on line from AAS Alarm Inc a set of #20 AAS Wireless Remote Controller Key Fob ( 4 PCs ) Order #[redacted], for $29.99 plus tax on March * 2015 and to this date I have not received nor have I heard from them. I have called AAS Alarm multiple times with no answer. I left many messages and many emails with no response it is as if it is an empty website. I do not no what else to do, this is why I am writing to you, to let you know this issue with them.Desired Settlement: I would like either my product I ordered or a refund to my credit card. If it the product I want it in my hands by April **, 2015 after that I want a full refund.

Review: Purchased two wireless smoke detectors from theri web site at [redacted]. received both items, one worked and the other was defective and sets off the alarm continuously. Tried to call the seller and each time I only connected to their voicemail. Left 3 messages and two emails and never received a callback or a reply to the emails. I have been unable for over two weeks to get a response from AAS.Desired Settlement: refund of half the total amount to cover the one defective item or a replacement free for the defective unit. total for both was $46.97 and I request 23.49 since half the order works.

Review: Placed an order for their security camera, my credit card has been charged immediately but the order hasn't been fulfilled. Order still indicates processing and sent emails and left voice messages, no response from the company.
