admitted to in his complaint. The driver also took note of the low riding vehicle and carefully drove it onto the deck to insure that he did not cause any additional damage. The same care was taken as the vehicle was unloaded off of the truck. AATCO would like to make it clear that there was no additional damage done to the vehicle. When the driver of the vehicle retrieved his vehicle from our lot there was no complaint or mention of ‘new’ damage. He did however call and demand our insurance information on a later date. When we refused to give him our information, because we had not caused any additional damage, he informed AATCO Transmissions & Towing that he was in the insurance business and had been in this situation before and again demanded our insurance information. This made AATCO question his intentions, we refute the damage and state that this is a fraudulent claim against AATCO Transmissions & Towing.
