Hi, the [redacted] *s a valued customer and the reason we refunded 50% of 2nd Wsubmission is not an admittance of guilt but a customer courtesy to help defray the costs involved with 2nd filing Our stand alone Wsolution requires the customer to "map" Wfields from a spreadsheet of their choice to the appropriate Wfield in our product Box (SDI Wages) was never mapped from their spreadsheet to our Wlayout and that resulted in no value appearing on the employees W Our product also provides ample opportunity to review the filing before submission to our filing center and the error still went uncorrected Aatrix is entirely responsible for correctly filing the information submitted to us, its the customer's responsibility to make sure the data submitted is correct.In reviewing the corrected filing we also found all values had been rounded to the nearest dollar on the first filing This was corrected by them on the 2nd filing The Aatrix "bug" spoken of in the report had nothing to do with the need for the corrected filing.We would be happy to have our support team review the errors with them if they would like Please call me at ###-###-#### or email ***@aatrix.com if you have questions.Thanks,Ryan ***, Aatrix
