Our ResponseCustomer requested Breaks and Rotors to be replaced, job was completed and customer was satisfied Few days after customer car broke drow and locked wheel due to caliper malfunction Caliper locked on new brakes which made brakes go bad Customer was advised to bring car in but took it elsewhere The problem was not Brakes or Rotors His new problem is Pins for caliper not our brakes or Rotor
