I purchased a door from doors4home manufactured by AAW Inc Door had indents on the front and AAW Inc refused to replace
I purchased a AAW Incdoor through doors4home order #*** Upon unpacking and installing about 1-months after receipt, the door had bent in panels because it appears the wood was NOT kiln dried - rather it was a very soft texture I immediately filed a complaint through doors4u and AAW Inc After paying $1,for the door, the front of the door has these awfully visible bent in panels and AAW refused to replace it I would never purchase them from again - poor product quality, unpleasant customer service, and not accountable or willing to address their product quality issues

I purchased a new exterior front door for my home in June The door was manufactured by AAW Doors and they hold the warranty Five months after installation the wood panels in the door had begun splitting apart leaving holes right through the door AAWs policy is that they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS and REFUSE TO REFUND OR REPLACE their defective doors I am currently in the middle of a small claims case against both R-U-S Doors and AAW Doors trying to get compensated for my losses I also would like to prevent other home owners in the Los Angeles area from having to go through the same nightmare I have been going through for the last year DO NOT SUPPORT THESE COMPANIES They don't care about honesty or ethics They just want your money and then they screw you

AAW Doors sells defective products and provides zero customer support when their clients complain about such defectsThey have a deplorable warranty
I purchased (2) brand new doors for my home and while under construction the doors sat in a conditioned storage spaceMy contractor installed the doors and when I reviewed the installation, I noticed the window gasketing was falling outTurns out the gasketing was falling out the day I brought my doors homeI have picture evidence that shows the day I bought the door and time with the gasketing falling out of BOTH doorsThis is not a fluke thing on one door, they are both defective and of poor qualityInstead of backing up their product, they have denied my claim based on their deplorable warrantyTheir warranty is baisically if something is wrong with their doors, it's not their faultI will never purchase doors from them again and I want to let everyone know what a *** company they are
