Their lack of responsiveness is frustrating. I accepted their estimate in early summer, waited months to get the job scheduled with no communication, and finally received a date in early fall.On that date, I took a vacation day to be home...only to have them no-show (with no call). My calls now go unanswered, Very frustrating to say the least.
