Aaxon Laundry Systems

I am resident at a condo in Miami, FL where the Aaxon machines are located. I reported that both their dyers at my condo were not heating up. I finally did follow-up on status of my refund yesterday. To my misfortunate, I received an email response from Ms. [redacted] Route Coodinator and Ms. [redacted] Receptionist & Service Coordinator; stating that only a refund of $1.25 would be given back to me. They went on to explain that there policy and procedure only allow a refund if the technician finds a problem with the machine. Since the technician only found one issue with one of the dryers, subsequently I would not be refunded my entire $2.50. Mind you in the past, I have had the washing machine deduct twice from my card. Prior to the day of me reporting the dryer not heating up; my daughter told me that she had to use the dryer on another floor. The only reason I used the dryers because there were no signs or indication that they were still not repaired and they were in fact plugged in. As a consumer, I am reporting them so that no other consumer gets screwed over. Basically, it’s your word against the technician. If you reside at a place where Aaxxon have their laundry machines please be careful. Report the incident immediately and make sure you have proof or you will not get your money. It’s not about the money per say, it’s’ principle of it all.
