Review: Company came to start service for LG refrigerator in my home on 3/06/2013.
Ice gavmachine and water were leaking at that time.
Service man said it was a faulty coil and broken valve... and that he didn't have all the parts..
Service tech was named **.
Bill at the time was total of $386.90.
A & B was a "licensed repair" service contractor for LG... So I trusted them. I gave them a partial payment that they ask for by check.
I gave $200 in Check.
They said they would return in less than 5 days for finishing job and we would pay the rest at that time.
SInce then... They have not returned. They have missed many many appts... and now do not answer the phone... They will not transfer me to a surpervisor even... I have left multiple messages... but I do not even get a person when I call the number.
I am not sure how to pursue this.
I have lost money and do not have this repaired.

I will have to get my refrigerator fixed somehow still but I dont trust them.
