She was never a cosigner at my auction this complaint is and not true she was a vendor at my flea market for months she paid
*** down never paid rent after that received their items and sold it through the flea market to pay the back rent it didn't even sell enough the pay all the rent but she was never consignor at the auction thank you *** ***

I never stated that I was a cosigner at the auctionAs stated in my complaint, I rented a booth at the flea market for the month of November and for weeks in DecemberBusiness sold items of mine when I was not present, as they do for all of their vendors, which not only made up for the back rent but let a balance owed to meBusiness owner then agreed to buy out the remainder of my items for *** which was also never paidI am owed *** I have spoken to other people who business has also done this to - Mr*** is in the business of ripping people offI have text messages on my phone that show Mr*** admitting that he owes me money and continuously putting off the date that he will pay meHe only changes his tune when, after not receiving the money for months, my husband threatened him with small claims courtAt that time, Mr*** got defensive and stated that if we fie a suit, he will file a countersuit stating that we owe back rent plus fees for the time it took to pack up and sell the remainder of our belongings (the belongings that he had purchased for *** and never paid for)I will be fiing a police report and showing them the text messagesAttached are threatening messages I was sent on Facebook, all of which were lies - my booth was still set up when I arrived the first weekend in December - they simply refused to allow me to take my items homeSecondly is a message left by another customer whom he scammed, simply to show that I am not the only one that he has done this toThe next page shows that they do rent booths by the day, week, or month - my agreement with him for December was weekly for the first weeks at *** per weekFinally, I have attached the invoice where I rented the booth on 10/24/for the month of NovemberThis invoice actually shows a balance of ** owed for that monthAs you can see, there is no contract stating that I will rent the booth monthly for the following monthThere is no language stating that I will be charged a fee for packing up and selling my itemsThere is simply a ** balanceI did not rent for months as stated by Mr***As you can see by the threatening Facebook messages, I only rented for the month of November and the beginning of DecemberThey sold my items and purchased the remainder of my booth and I would like the money that I am owed
