Came out to service a Monitor heater that was not starting up properly after the winter. Said it was an expensive part ($900) which they then came back to fix (taking our part with them) but Monitor still didn't work (same problem as before). So we called another service company who discovered the true cause was a small plastic hose connector that was disconnected due to wear (visible in area AB Burner opened and examined!).... 2nd company replace that connector for total of $50 including service call....Seemed to us that AB Burner charged to change something not broken and not the problem while overlooking a really obvious and simple repair need... We would not recommend this company!
