Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Mr***,You claim you want to resolve this issue however, your most recent resolution to this matter tells me otherwise. Mr*** you have changed your original offer. First you agreed to finish the Platting if I pay the fees. I agreed to meet you more than halfway, which is very generous. I agreed to pay for the city fees ($797.00) and you would pay the county fees ($472.39) & complete the platting to resolve this entire matter Now, you are trying to change things and get out of your commitment by wanting *** *** to pay the county fees, provide the drainage report and seal the plat. This is fine with me if you want to ask him since he was your partner. In addition, you want me to pay for another property survey. These new changes probably leave little to do on your part, with very little out-of-pocket expense. I understand you can’t do much because you are not a Professional Engineer or Professional Land Surveyor but I hope you can be a professional businessman and resolve this issue in a fair and reasonable manner. Remember Mr*** you were paid $8,and I paid *** *** $1,directly per your request. On top of that I paid all the platting and tree fees out of my pocket. I am sure you can afford to use some of your profits to make this right so that we can both move onFINAL OFFER: I will pay both the *** *** City Fees ($797.00) and the *** *** Fees ($472.39). You will handle all other matters to complete this platting as soon as possible. Also, your first response indicates, “I look forward to resolving this matter and completing if allowed to do so.” I am allowing you to complete. As a matter of fact, you have been given several opportunities to complete. Additional Comments:I did not use your site plan nor have I ever seen them. The building on my property is a portable building which can be moved. This was placed there due to you not completing the platting as agreed. You keep bringing up site plans, when I am discussing platting. Once again, I paid for platting and you failed to complete the job. Site plans are not needed for platting according to the city and county. You stopped the platting process because you wanted MORE money to complete the platting, not because of the site plan or construction documents.

Revdex.com,Re: ID# [redacted]:We ABCC ([redacted] P.E. AND [redacted] P.M.) were hired to plat property for Mr. [redacted].We submitted to City of [redacted] and [redacted] & processing fees were paid by client as per contract. Plat application expires after 18 months after submittal...

date.In 2011 we were asked to NOT only to plat property but to design site plan for his new building in back portion of property. We precessed plat but also asked to do additional services and client signed ASA agreements. We designed site plan, construction documents, easements for back building, additional topo was needed to establish drainage easements.as well.Mr. [redacted] started to ask for services and not pay us, so when we told him that for Construction Documents we would require more money to design. He got up-set and told us to stop. We informed Mr. [redacted] that designing construction documents were not p[redacted] of platting. He hired an attorney and she instructed us to stop work on project. So I hired an attorney Mr. [redacted] for direction and to get payment. Now after 5 years they have contacted us to finish plat. I told them that I would st[redacted] all over in processing plat only but fees to city and county would have to be paid again. I asked them to pay city and county fees and I would;d st[redacted] the plat application process again for free no monies asked to finish. This is about 7-8 k worth of time and work required to finish. I do not want any monies from them to complete but I feel that they should pay city and county fees for us to finish since it was them that told us to stop work.As to other allegations by them saying "I am presenting myself as an engineer" is absolutely false and we are considering filing slander against them. I present myself as a project manager.I will finish plat for them but [redacted] is the engineer of record and complaint should be against him too. He was p[redacted] owner of company then.I look forward to resolving this matter and completing if allowed to do so, thank you.[redacted]Project ManagerAB Civil Consultants, LLC[redacted]Leon Valley, Texas 78238O..[redacted]E-mail: [redacted]Web-site: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I have already paid all the platting fees back in 2010 when I hired him to do the job.  I, [redacted], am declining your offer to complete the platting on my property located at [redacted] if I pay ALL Platting fees again.  However, I am willing to meet you more than half way and pay all the city fees of $797.00 while you (Mr. [redacted]) pay the county fees of $472.39.  I feel this is a fair and equitable resolution to this situation.  This offer will allow me to have some trust that you will complete the work this time.  Along with this new offer, I expect the platting to be completed by your company within 4-5 months from the date all fees are paid to the City of [redacted] & [redacted] County in order to obtain a new Plat ID number.  Any additional fees that may arise will be paid by you, [redacted].    Please note this is the 4th attempt given to you to complete the platting.   First attempt, when I hired you to plat the property.Second attempt, when I hired an attorney, during a meeting ([redacted] & [redacted]) with my attorney, you agreed to complete.Third attempt, Board of Engineers ([redacted]) called you and you told him you would get with me to complete the work and that you would pay all the fees.  The Board of Engineers ([redacted]) was familiar with you due to other complaints.    Fourth attempt, Revdex.com platform.  Waiting for outcome.I was informed yesterday by the County that your business license is expired as of July 31, 2016.  The engineering firm you are working with would also need to have current registration/license.  I would need proof that all licenses are current.      Here are my comments to your previous email regarding the platting of my property.  You were paid in full $10,250 for plat my property.  Let me refresh your memory, that figure is $2,450 over your original contract price of $7,800.    The extra money (over the $10,250) you were asking for was to complete the platting not for the additional services surrounding your claim of Designing Construction Documents, which I have never seen.  Provide me a copy of the signed ASA agreements. You, Mr. [redacted], approached me twice for money to complete the platting.  This was after platting was paid in full.  I gave you additional funds the 1st time but not the second time.  You took advantage of me.    I did not tell you to stop the platting process.  I told you I was not going to give you any more money for the platting because it was paid in full.  When I ([redacted]) hired an attorney, we had a meeting with her and you agreed to complete the platting.  You failed to complete the work for a second time.   The plat application was still valid at the time. [redacted] records do not show [redacted] as being [redacted] owner in your company.  You hired him to do work for you.  File slander charges as you wish. Also, I have documentation such as signed contract, checked paid to Mr. [redacted] and his company, fees paid to the City of San Antonio and the County along with other documents from the City of SA, let me know if  you need any of this documentation to resolve this issue. Sincerely,[redacted]
