Best Contractor and crew I have ever had do work for me!! Replaced my roof 4 yrs ago and recently took off a old sunroom from back of house, took off and installed new vinyl siding on entire house.. Awesome crew, very respectful, very professional, very reliable!!! Always been very good estimates and low cost.. I highly recommend them.. when I called they came out in a quick timely manner and gave me a low cost estimate!! He did everything as he estimated and said he would do.. Extremely trustworthy!! Give them a call now!!!!!
this company was hired to tear off and clean up and put a new roof on my house and garage on may 28th 2014, which they did . I had to call them to come out because there was a leak the first time it rained in the front of the house , they came out and said they repaired it but it still leaks , I called them last year because there is also a leak in the garage , the owner said he would be out and never showed up or called back , garage is still leaking and now has mold growing from the leaks , also did a very poor job with the flashing around the chimney on the house
We have a call into *** and left a message to call back. We need to see the problem to see if it is related to installation or other factors. We have a year warranty on the labor. As they stated we did come back out and fixed any issue. 3 years later, 2017, they said they contacted us. I do not know what happened but I will go and inspect the roof and see what the problem is and will inform you of our findings.
I am rejecting this response because:
they never fixed the issue, ever, they came back and worked on the leak on the front of the house but it was never fixed it has leaked and continues to leak to this day , I have called multiple times in the last four years and was told the owner would come out and look at the leak in the front of house and garage but it has never happened and no one has called me until I filed this complaint ,and all that happened is the secretary argued with me over and over , just like before I get the run around , the owner still hasnt contacted me
I had my secretary call to set up an appointment to talk in person and look at their issues. Mr *** is the one who was arguing with her when she was trying to schedule an appoint for Friday 6/15/18. They refused the appointment and told her if the owner didn't call they would take us to court. Today, 6/13/18 at 3:15 I the owner, Robert Osborne called and left a message to call back. I am now waiting for a call back
I am rejecting this response because:
once again these people cant get their story straight , the reason I demanded the owner contact me is because the secretary said she would make an appointment for an employee( the employee that was head of the job in the beginning) to come out and see the problems not the owner , this has been the case since the job was done the owner has never come out to check the work , if he had maybe we wouldn't be in this situation in the first place , my trust in this company is at zero , I plan to call the owner today
