The Customer came by the shop on October 31, 2016 in which he stated his truck had been acting up he said he had done some research through Google and spoken to some other people which had confirmed his thoughts so we hooked up the scanner and gave him the results which I have attached to this...

We told him there was no definite answer that this would fix his issues he described but he wished to proceed and the customer went and purchased his own Turbo and brought it to our shop to be repaired on November 8, 2016. 2 days later the customer called to say thank you and stated the truck had never ran better and was very well pleased! The following Monday the customer very rudely returned to the shop yelling in front of other customers that a hose had busted on his truck during a road trip he had took to South Carolina and he stated that he was positive we had purposely cut the hose so he would break down, I tried to explain to the customer that having a truck with those type of miles and have taken a road trip anything can go wrong mechanically and was sorry for his trouble but none of the trouble had to do with the turbo. We only charged the customer labor for putting the turbo on , antifreeze and a oil change which totaled $394.00 which I have also attached so I sincerely do not feel like he should be requesting such a large amount of money back for no more than he was charged and something that could mechanically could go wrong at any time traveling I feel as if I done my job well and had offered to help the customer if he would quit yelling and being threating and rude.... Even before I preformed the job for the customer he used Google on a Sunday November 6, 2016 to contact family members for my personal number when they would not give him my home number he made a statement to my brother in which if anything was done not to his suiting that he would be contacting a lawyer in which the customer denied to me when I confronted him the following day when he dropped of the truck in hind site that should have been my red flag to steer clear.
