I have asked the business to built a set of stairs for my front door. The top landing had granite tiles installed. Some of the tile were not levelled and a friend of mine almost tripped off the stairs. The cement between the tiles is weak and cracked after only 8 months. I had asked the person to have as little space between the granite tiles but he gave me more than 1/2 in some area. I have asked the person to come back to fix the problem, first to add more cement since there wasn't enough between the tiles. He did come back Three times and every time he hasn't been able to complete a job professionally. It looks worse now because I have patches of a different cement between tiles and the color of the cement is way darker than the cement he applied first. At this point I have lost trust because I guess this is the best he can do. I need help because it is not right that a home owner pays like this and received such unprofessional work.Desired SettlementI would like the person to take the top landing (the granite tiles off) and I want to be reimbursed for the tiles.
