The customer purchased a vehicle under his company nameWhen he supplied us with the information at purchase he gave us insurance that did not contain the company information on the card therefore motor vehicle rejected it could not process the paperwork due to the customer failing to present us
with the necessary documentationWe then contacted the customer and we explained the situation and we said he had to do it himself due to this situation with the company not being contained on the insurance cardIt is against the law to register a car without all documentation matching so our service that does the paperwork returned it to us and he did it himselfThe insurance card is in the name of gregory tierny not the company

We are responding to a complaint placed by *** *** we are professional in every way and were specific in every way with explaining the unfortunate situation that took placeThe car experienced a catastrophic failure within the transmission and we explained that through *** message system and
everything we did was within *** guidelines and policy we never violate policyWe explained to *** that we would not be able to sell it in the condition it was in as it was not drivable in addition to prevent any negative feedback as wellAlso we were instructed by *** to just let the certified letter be returned and we are sending the email to you as well as all correspondence via certified mail to youWe did not want to sell a bad car I think we were quite ethical

I am rejecting this response because:In regard's to O'[redacted] claim of no mention of [redacted] on Insurance documents (See Enclosed Documentation). Also we have 2 locations with a PO Box mailing Address, the NJ MVC only requires insurer's "policy number" with name to register a vehicle, "ADDRESS" has absolutely nothing to do with the proof of insurance which is why we were able to Title/Register the Vehicle the same day. To review, O[redacted] and A and B Motors Inc charged us for a service they never performed.

Good morning. I am responding to the complaint because the option was not given to me to further respond through the Internet as the previous letters did. The customer that is responding to the complaint and saying that he is rejecting the response clearly is not understanding that one of the owners of the company their daughter came here to complete the transaction with a driver. When I explained to the driver that the insurance was not except the bull event called [redacted] which I've never heard of [redacted] And he continues to clearly not understand nor comprehend that Motor Vehicle will not issue registration to a company without a company insurance policy that matches with the address I did not have the option to scan and or mail a copy of the documentation that was provided to me in order to complete the retail order. So he keeps reiterating the fact that the vehicle could have been been registered unfortunately it was not able to be registered when the service made the attempt therefore they returned it to us because he was claiming that the insurance was a company policy and it was not.
