your tower that will be completed once our equipment has arrived [expected arrival date as we have it from our supplier is 7-10 business days]. We are prepared to offer you 4 months' credit in hopes that you will wait for the expected upgrades to be completed. Rest assured, we will be conducting an inquiry with the technician regarding the incidents you have stated. We will dispatch a different technician to complete your upgrade once the tower upgrades have been completed. Again, our apologies for the service you have received from our company.
