We contacted [redacted], owner of A&B Pest Control, to come out and view our property to see about spraying for weeds and exterminating our property. [redacted] came over, viewed the area needing to be treated and said he would do the job for $150. That would include spraying for weeds and throwing in the exterminating of our home in that price. I agreed to that price and he send two men out the following day.I had asked [redacted] to have the company put coloring into the spray so we could ensure nothing had been missed on the spraying of weeds. That was not done. The exterminating of our home was not done on the first day but his brother said he would have to come back because he didn't know that was part of the "deal" his brother, [redacted], had made with me.The exterminators came back & sprayed inside my home and I presume outside. Two weeks later I called [redacted] back and said the weeds were not dying & asked that they come back and spray again. In the two weeks between the first spraying & me calling him back, we also paid him to treat our property for moles, which his brother did (according to my neighbors, who also had him treat for moles at the same time to ensure they got them). [redacted] told me his brother had been fired and he would come take care of the weeds, which I assume he did since I found his business card in my doorway that evening. I again called [redacted] two weeks later & his brother called me back & said that they had sprayed & it sometimes took longer to kill than I was expecting, and with "mother nature" in the mix, sometimes weeds got carried in and sprouted. He said he would come the following day after 12 pm. We never heard from or saw anyone after that. My husband has since gone out and sprayed the same weeds we paid A&B to spray and they are already dying, 24 hours later.The service we paid for was inadequate and unprofessional, to say the least.
