As with many companies we rely on our manufacturers to fill orders in a timely manner, sometimes shippers and manufacturers are at the mercy of US Customs and shipping channelsUnfortunately this customer order got delayed at the NJ port Do to this fact we have dropped the product line and only offer products we manufacturer we have also added a second warehouse in New Jersey and it is fully stocked with products we have manufacturedThis will drastically improve delivery time and help our quality control department facilitate all of our product ordersWE look forwarded to further assisting you in any way we canAll of our large and small customers are important to usWith great respect for your concerns [redacted] B***, President
Refund was supposed to be issued Never was by mistake Will be issued ASAP now
The hand sink was lost in transit via shipping originally We tried rectifying the issue quickly but ended up issuing a refund to the customer This was an error on our part after the shipment was lost but did issue a refund and apologized

We retried issuing it the same way it was processed last week. We were told that should work and be returned same way as paid. If not, we will either do a wire transfer to customer or will issue a business check to clear this up. We have switched merchant services and banks...
previously and that was the issue for the delay. We sincerely apologize for the troubles you are experiencing. We will correct this ASAP for you
