A&B Shoes New England

This company sent me an obviously used product (shoes). This was not in the product description. They then stated they had inspected the shoes prior to shipping, and that they were not used. The soles of the shoes are covered in dirt, and there is obvious wear at the toe. Reviewing comments on this [redacted] company, other people who commented had similar problems of receiving used shoes.
