issues. I made arrangements with her [redacted]) that when she ([redacted])  got out of the [redacted] for her to please contact me so that we can get her material picked out and get her on the schedule. Because [redacted]’s [redacted] would not pick out material for her [redacted]  so that we could have everything ready when she got out of the [redacted] for us to get started. She said she would rather have her [redacted] pick out her own material when she gets out of the [redacted] go out of the [redacted] a couple weeks before we started her work. In those few weeks she needed to pick out her material (Flooring, Paint colors) in that time [redacted] had decided to do some upgrades. So we had to build a new estimate based on [redacted]’s request and waited for her approval. Once we received the approval on her upgrade cost and once we had received her final flooring and colors samples we got her on the schedule, and my crew had her work completed within a week. She filed this complaint literately two days before my crew started in her house. I spoke to my crew and [redacted] several times during her repair process and she seemed to be very happy with my crews work and our Company. We had no intention of dragging this out or causing [redacted] any hardship what so ever. I sincerely apologize to [redacted] if she felt that we did not get to her in a timely manner that is and never will be how we conduct our business.
