remotes were to be included with the purchase. Our management staff was away that week for training. Upon our return, we immediately contacted the customer and satisfied their reasonable request. Additionally, we upgraded
the customer's wall push button to a Deluxe Wall Console at no charge on May, l21
2014. This
response is being made as a formality, as the customer has been satisfied. We certainly hope the [redacted] have already rescinded their complaint and notified you of our efforts.

On April 30, 214 They came to our home and installed a new garage door opener. We we suppose to receive 2 remote openers with the purchase price but only received one. The technician said he would bring back the other one later that day but did not. My husband called the technician [redacted] the next day and he said he would bring it that day, he did not. My husband has Stage IV lung cacer and can not keep dealing with this problem and I am at work all day. We are very upset because this causes undue hardship on my sick husband and I.
