A&B Tow Service

The date of November/6th/2013 I purchased a 1995 [redacted]. The vehicle ran great and we also checked the engine and Transmission fluid.I drove the car back 45 minutes back home via 93 South and the car drove flawlessly. I parked the car when I arrived home in a parking lot that I wasn't aware that was private. My vehicle was towed the company that was contracted was A&B Towing company on Freeport street. My vehicle was towed at 9:40am November/7/2013. I arrived at the run down tow lot and was approached by two shady office workers. My vehicle was going to be towed to my yard because the car didint have any plates because I just purchased it the day before. The tow fee was going to be $75 to tow the car just up the street even when the guy told me over the phone the fee was $65. Then the fee for the day was $131.00. I paid them the money then the guy asked if I had the key which I have him which was a huge mistake. He then went to the [redacted] while my friend and I was in the office paying the guy. Then he called in and claimed the car wouldn't go in reverse which the car was running fine a couple hours before in reverse. Then he said the car wouldn't start because of the transmission the transmission has nothing to do with the engine starting. The mechanic even said that the engine was good. I bought the [redacted] because I'm a student I need the car for work and school. I used all my summer savings to purchase the car!! My first year of College. He then coaxed us into leaving the car with them and handing over the keys and title saying " If you don't we will contact, the City Of [redacted] and [redacted] Police for parking the car in a private lot with no plates" My friend and I over heated him talking to the other worker about how the [redacted] was a good car and the engine was in good shape. We believe he un-plugged something in the car maybe the battery or did something so the car wouldn't start. He was very shady. 10 minutes later 4 workers showed up at 11:30pm at night to look at the [redacted]
