I am responding to the allegations of the purchase of this motorcycle1st of all the bike ran great it only had 13,miles fully custom beautiful bike.I am not for sure what happened on the day it was released but the following day I told her to bring it in and I will take care of what is wrong
When I did receive it back she was demanding and belligerent towards me I am only human and I do not need to be yelled at and belittledWhen starting with the problem to fix it I did notice the motorcycle had been messed with bolts were not put back in and a fuse had been removed.Warranty does not except thatSo in fixing this bike I did so even though they messed with it I proceeded to repair a new fuse and a wiring issue was fixed She picked up bike and I never heard from her again until now

This is the response to Aaron on the complain referenced aboveI have also attached all supporting documentation that I have as well as the sequence of eventsHe is LYING about the mileageIt was 15,when I bought it and it has been a lemon of a bike ever sinceThe shop said it's been tampered with to get it to startAlso, he told us to take the battery out and bring it to himHis allegations of loose bolts has nothing to do with how the bike runs! He is making up lies and trying to get out of any liabilityThe warranty on the bike has nothing to do with "loose" bolts which he has no proof of it's just him trying to get out of paying money and doing dirty business. Events:On Saturday July 30th I went to purchase the bike from Aaron at AB TrailersWhen I got there we were told that Aaron could not locate the title and that the rear signals and brake light needed to be fixedHe also mentioned that the tire was flat and that he would pay for it to be fixed at Bobby J’sHe said we could pick up the bike Monday the 1stand all repairs would be done. On Monday the 1st of August, I went to pick up the bike at AB TrailersI paid Aaron’s employee, Bob, $cash and in return he gave me the title, the receipt, and the bill of saleI took the bike home and rode the bike no more than milesThe next morning when I went to start the bike it would not turn onI hooked it up to a slow charger and it still wouldn’t workI immediately contacted his employee Bob on the options that we hadHe told me it was probably the alarmI went home that night and it was not the alarmOn Wednesday the 3rd I took it to a shop and they said it was the starter relay that wasn’t allowing the bike to turn onThat day I also contacted Bob to tell him what I was toldAt that time I contacted Aaron and he said to bring the battery so he could see if it was badI brought the battery to him and he charged itThat night, I went back and it still wouldn’t startOn Friday the 5th Aaron told us to bring the bike to his business and he would take a look at it over the weekend. On Saturday, I called Aaron to see what he found out on the bikeHe started cussing at me and saying that he doesn’t know why I’m calling him on a SaturdayHe also said that he told me that he never said he would look at it over the weekendAfter I had rented a trailer to take the bike there that morning so it could be taken care ofThat Monday the 8th I called Aaron to check up on the bike and to see the progressAaron cussed at me and yelled at me and said that I don’t know what a warranty is and continued to call me names and say that he would leave my bike outside after I told him I wanted a refundHe told me to stop calling him and had Bob answer his phoneBob confirmed that it was the starter relay and that they would overnight the partThe week went by and the promises were never met of me picking up the bikeThis continued until Saturday the 20thI called Bob about where the bike was and if it was ready he said I could call Bobby J’s and seeI called and they said it was ready to be picked upThe man working there called Aaron and Aaron confirmed he would be there Saturday the 20th at AM to pick up and pay for the bikeOn Saturday I couldn’t get a response out of anyone so I went to Bobby J’s and picked up the bike and paid for it! When I finally got the bike back to the house I noticed that it was leakingAt first it was both oil and antifreezeI took it to *** *** and they said the clutch cover needs to be replaced because it had been dropped by the previous owner and that it will be $for the part plus $for labor. On September 22nd, the bike broke down again! I had it towed to *** ***After assessment, they determined that the bike needs a whole new wiring harnessThey said that all the wires throughout the bike have been taped and tampered with and I was lucky I wasn’t hurt with all the mess. I was without a bike for days and now plus the time it has been in the shopI have tried to work with Aaron but he is unreasonable and does very bad businessI do not trust him with the bike with how he would talk to meI am asking for compensation on the bills I had to pay, the replacement of the clutch cover, fixing the rear lights, and compensation for the time he had the bikeI bought this bike from Aaron thinking it would be a good purchase and worth the moneySince I have had the bike it is nothing but problems and I really rely on this bike for reliable transportation
