In regards to the above complaint we received an email from the customer through or website (***) for their refrigeratorOn the website it clearly states on every page that we offer a free service call if the repair is donewe received the request for the customer refrigerator
and called to set up a time at there convenience to have a technician look at it and diagnosis the issuethe customer set time for appt the following day from 8-amour technician arrived at customer home around 10:and diagnosis the refrigerator as needing an evapaptor fan motorand drain heater for plus taxthe customer decided that they did not want to fix the refrigerator that it was to much given they bought the refrigerator for 350.00 my technician then asked to collect the service fee for plus tax for diagnosing the refrigerator (which it was clearely stated to customer when they set up call) customer did not want to pay the service fee and talked to our office staff and told them he would pay halfwe explanined to him that the service fee is not its it after several attempts to allow our technician to leave and collect payment customer became angry and started threating our companywe informed him that were going to call the police and he calmed down and allowed our technician to leave and payed the service fee with his credit cardthe invoice was sent to his email at the same time my technitain was there and he would not give payment until he received it which he didwe strive to make all our customer happy and send qualified technicians to our customers homewe are unwilling to return the service fee as we did come and diagnois the refrigerator as the customer asked for and which customer was aware of.thank you,*** ***
