Review: ABA set up and administered my company's defined benefit plan. I later moved my account administration to another firm. ABA transferred my information to another firm, however the transfer was incomplete. Years later I discovered that information was missing and I have sent several emails to the owner and staff requesting updates on my information. I have not received any response from ABA.Desired Settlement: I would like ABA to be more responsive and provide the requested information.
