Customer called up and needed a upper intake manifold for a [redacted] V6, I called up my junkyards I deal with and [redacted] said they can get one for $450, notified customer and the customer and the customer said too order the upper manifold, the manifold is Vin specific too the vehicle u can't get it mixed up, when I got the part I called the customer and asked him specificly too make sure it was right, he said yes, took the manifold and payed me Cash for the upper manifold, the customer called me up and said that the manifold was wrong, I called up the junkyard and that upper intake is exactly what is supposed too be on the car, and the manifold is Special Ordered No returns, I tried too explain that too the customer and he didn't believe me, so I told him too call [redacted] too himself so he heard it from them, I just wanna get this resolved as soon as possible
